Planning fees to increase from 1st November 2014 (Scotland)

The Scottish Government has announced that all Planning Application fees are due to be increased from November 1st 2014 by approximately 5%.  The new rates will be applicable to all Planning applications made on or after that date.

As examples of the effect of the increase:
  • The application fee for full planning permission for residential development will be £401 (currently £382) for each 0.1 hectare of the application site, subject to a maximum of £20,055 (currently £19,100)
  • The application fee for an extension to an existing house will be £202 (currently £192).
The increases are being made under the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014.

CB3 Design supports Lymm and District Round Table Beer Festival

Once again CB3 Design have sponsored a cask of real ale at Lymmbeerfest to help raise money for charity. 

The event organised by Lymm and District Round Table and held this year on Friday 5th September and Saturday 6th September, features food and entertainment and some fine ales.  We hope a great pint and good chat was enjoyed by all.
